Mother's Are Special At Juniper Village at Forest Hills!

Mother's are always special, but this Mother's Day they really received the star treatment! Classical music by local violinist, Marilyn Lawrenece serenaded the audience while our award winning Dietary Department treated Mothers, their families, and relatives to a
delicious array of Brunch specialties featuring seafood, chicken and prime rib of beef. "The afternoon was absolutely lovely!" quoted one
family. As you can see from the photos, it was truly a special event for everyone!

Juniper Village Win's Local Rotary's Chili Cook Off!


Juniper Village at Forest Hills Wins People's Choice Award at 7th Annual Rotary Chili Cook-Off
 
The Forest Hills Rotary Club is pleased to announce that Juniper Village at Forest Hills "Mexican Chili" won Honorable Mention in the People's Choice Award Category at the Forest Hills Rotary's 7th Annual Chili Cook Off competition on Sunday, May 5 at the Westinghouse Lodge in Forest Hills. Ken Miller, Dietary Director for Juniper Village at Forest Hills said, "The competition was tough this year. Everyone's chili was delicious. But to be selected by the people attending the tasting is a great honor and we are very pleased with the award."  Juniper Village has entered the contest for the past 4 years and has won the People's Choice Award twice.  
 
Juniper Village at Forest Hills is a senior living, personal care and memory impairment care senior living community located at 107 Fall Run Road in Forest Hills.

Forest Hills Dietary Department Takes First Place

Our Dietary Department is Number One!

Juniper Village at Forest Hills is pleased to announce their Dietary Department has received the H'Art and Soul of Dining Achievement Award for 2012! The H'Art And Soul of Dining Award is Juniper Village's highest level of culinary distinction and is presented to the Dietary Department that displays the best in food selection, preparation, presentation and flavor. Dietary Department Director, Ken Miller was both pleased and surprised by the award. "We always knew our Dietary Team did a great job, but to have our performance recognized by the company is something we are very proud of!" Juniper Village at Forest Hills Dietary Department was selected from 15 other personal care and skilled nursing home communities in the Juniper system. "This is the first time that the Forest Hills community has received this distinction," states Janet Wangler, Forest Hills Executive Director. "We are very proud of the award and thank Ken and the entire Dietary Department for their quality of service and commitment to Nurturing The Spirit of Spirit of Life in every individual we touch."
