On Tuesday, March 8th, from 10:00 am to noon, Juniper Village at Forest Hills hosted our first TheraLink Vitality check. The TheraLink Vitality Check program is a new initiative designed by Juniper Communities and Genesis Therapy as a way to assess the needs of Juniper Village's residents. Genesis Therapy along with members of the Juniper Village Management Team and Medical Staff assessed over 25 residents on a variety of areas such as: physical, emotional, environmental, social, cognitive and intellectual well being. "Information gathered from these Vitality Check programs will enable our staff to better understand and meet the needs of our residents," states Janet Wangler, Juniper Village at Forest Hills' Executive Director. "Today's event was the first of many. With plans for additional TheraLInk Vitality assessments to be conducted on a monthly basis."
