Our Alive in All Seasons program of activities is designed to foster healthy bodies, enriched minds and fulfilled spirits. On Saturday, August 23 Joe Zgurzinski, Master Beekeeper at Country Barn Farms presented information about the importance and benefits of honeybees. Visitors and guests had a great time learning about honeybees, pollination, how the worker bees protect the queens bees in their hives, and of course how that delicious honey is made.
